Do you know your saved ?

First off are you running over-

You know sometimes its easy to forget just how much of the Lord we need in our daily lives. Not spending enough time in the word and prayer can often lead to doubt. I have a quick question for you. Do you know your saved? There have been times in my own life when I was unsure. Many times we equate our good and not so good deeds with whether or not we are saved. Here is something you may or may not know. There is no good or bad that can separate you from Christ once you make the decision to give your life to him. Nor height, nor depth ,nor any other creature , shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans8:39. Before you read any further ,ask yourself how much time do you spend with Jesus? As soon as we get ourselves into a mess we are knee deep in Jesus. I believe the missing ingredient in most of our Christian walks is that knee deep mentality. If we would spend as much time in the Lord as we do when we are in a jam all the time, we would never doubt if we are saved or not. The reason being that what we are filling our inside up with will begin to manifest itself in every area of our lives.

Second is that it is already done-

You know Jesus didn’t just pay the ultimate price for us to toggle back and forth wondering if we are saved or not. Lets be real about it. Do you remember when you received the invite from the Lord to be reconciled to him. He promised us all that he would never leave us or forsake us. For he has said, I will never leave thee or forsake thee. Hebrews 13:5. The promise our God made to us was not one to trick us into saying a repentance prayer. All you have to do is look over your life and you will find Jesus there even when we did not deserve him to be. There are many in the world who argue if you can lose your salvation or not. I sure hope not . I do know this that the Lord will do his best to hold us close. The bible says in Romans 1:28 that “And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient.” Even if we are given over to that mind God still allows us to repent and come back to him. It is never to late until your last breath.

Third of all ,Why risk it-

On that glorious day when Jesus returns I imagine there will be some sad people who did not get saved in life. You know whats worse than going to hell? Worse is if you were saved and then turned your back on God and lived your own life. I can not imagine being in hell knowing at one time you were saved. Now I do not know if that’s possible, but if it is, then why take the chance? Why take any chance with our salvation. Salvation is the most precious thing we posses in this vain life. It is the key to the next life which is eternal life. Let us not waste our life away in sin that leads to damnation. We need to be vigilant when it comes to our souls. Do you know if your saved? Your answer may be no. If that is you then repent right now. Have no doubt at this moment you are indeed saved.Lordsinspirationalministriesworld.com is here for you. When you can not find God

Where is he?

Alot of us get empty on the inside. From time to time it happens. Sometimes we just don’t feel like God is there. Honestly sometimes it feels like he has abandoned us. Being holy is a lifestyle and when we can not see or hear God, well lets just say we begin to ponder. I can’t began to tell you how many times I wondered if The Lord was angry with me. Many of you may remember the story about the footsteps in the sand. That story used to pop up around every corner when I was younger. These days you don’t see it as much. Stories like that tend to stick with us for years after we hear it.

It is at those times

I can tell you from my life experience that when God can’t be found he is very close. Life is so sweet when we hear the voice of the Lord clearly. Great is the feeling of his presence all over and in us. The Lord wants us all to know today that he will never leave us or forsake us. Hebrews 13:5. Life can get hard sometimes. Just when you think you have it all figured out then boom. Dare I say this is testing time? In a perfect world we would have wealth and happiness all the time. We often forget the one we serve is not of this world. John17:14. Neither are we of this world. John15:19. The world hates us. There comes times in this life that our real purpose must be manifested. What do we all fear? Yep, the day when the Lord comes to try our faith. When those times come, then it is time to show him our faith.

As it is written, The just shall live by faith. Romans 1:17. As long as we have our houses, cars, and good jobs it is all good. Let those things be taken away and we will see what we are made of. Do we have faith? Sometimes feeling empty will be a good indicator of if we do or not. Remember we are not of this world. We are not here to basque in the beauty of a cadillac. We are here to be witnesses to others of the glory of God. This task can not be done without faith. Without faith, it is impossible to please him. Hebrews11:6. Next time you are feeling a little on the empty side, exercise a little faith.

Being overwhelmed

Most young people think that once they get old they will be all set. That only works in the movies. Life can be very perplexing at times. The older I get the wiser I get. That is not because of my education, but instead after going through so much. I have had some hard times in my life. My faith in The Lord is what got me through. You would think after going through the hardest time in your life that everything else should be a breeze. Truth be told it gets alot harder. Our faith is increased from the last time we went through the fire. After being tried you have more faith to go through the next test. There are a few people I know who have been through something so bad they became angry with God. That is not the way it is supposed to work. Don’t get me wrong I understand. Losing a child or any loved one for that matter can be devastating. Circumstances and situations arise in life that can just about drive us insane. That is what this world offers. This is especially true for Christians. As long as we are living the way the world does the devil leaves us alone being content on us destroying ourselves.

We have to be careful when we get upset with the Lord. There could be a time when we get so upset that we completely block him out. During those times trouble can get even harder because the enemy does not want us to turn again to God. One thing to remember also is that though we get upset and turn away is that Jesus will always be right there waiting. Once you make your mind up to come back you will find that it could take a while to be filled. Some people when times get hard, they realize that it is time to go back to God. They can often get discouraged because they have to make the changes and sacrifices necessary to get their mind right. After we have turned away from God for so long that is not so easy. The bible says that God rains on the just and the unjust. That means everyone is going to have troubles along the way. The difference with a believer is that we believe Jesus will see us through. People who are not saved do not have that luxury. They must rely on their own mind or become dependent on man to see them thru. The reality is that life is full of things that try to make you go crazy and doubt God. The question is will we allow that to happen or not.

Stop looking and get to work-

Some people recognize they are running on empty and stress themselves trying to find God. People get some advice to try something new. Just because you do something you have never done before does not mean that you will find God any quicker. Here is the real scoop. You will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart. Jeremiah29:13. God is always there. Sometimes we make things way to over complicated. When you are having a hard time finding the Lord a good place to start is where he is. You can bet your bottom dollar you will find Jesus in the word of God. Have you ever started a new workout that has you feeling great? One week later you can’t even bring yourself to continue that workout because it seems like too much work. Our physical bodies hate doing things that benefit us. Reading the word is like that. We can start off reading for a day or two and then stop. Searching for the Lord with all our hearts means spending alot of time with him. The word of God is to our souls what food and water are to our bodies. We can’t survive without it. Spiritually that is.

Call his name-

The name of Jesus is more powerful than we even realize. If your child has wandered off somewhere the first thing we do is call out for them. That happens with every species on Earth. Calling out for the name of Jesus has powerful results. No matter the time of day or the situation. We are the children of God. Add the name of Jesus to anything and you have added help. Alot of us go days or even months without calling his name. It amazes me when something happens we don’t like one of the first things we say is “Jesus”. We say it out of frustration over a certain situation. When we are feeling like the Lord is not with us we should call his name as well. God is our father. He is our sheppard. Sometimes we like lost sheep need to call out so the good sheppard can come and get us. I can not stress to you enough how powerful the name of Jesus is. Call on the name of Jesus when you feel he is not there and watch what happens.

Open your eyes-

The next time you are feeling like Jesus has abandoned you take a look around. This guy is everywhere. He is in your refrigerator. He is in your breath. Jesus is in your health and strength. The Lord is on your job. He is in your car. He is in the house you live in. Take some time to count your blessings today and you will find Jesus is closer than he has ever been. Most of the time when we feel like he is not there we are focused on what we want and not what we need. Everything we want is not good for us to have. Alot of times when we get what we want it turns into a distraction. There is so much to be thankful for today. Remember that there is always someone worse off than you. The difference is you have faith to get thru your situation. Open your eyes he is right there.

Parables Jesus Quiz- What I believe

He who has ears to hear let him hear-

The bible makes it clear that no prophecy of scripture is of private interpretation. 2nd Peter 1:20. Many people have taken that scripture and taught that all scripture means the same to everyone. Jesus made it clear in John 6:63 that the words he spoke were spirit. The Lord has a way of dropping a word in your spirit that will give life to your spirit. Have there ever been times that you were dealing with a certain situation and Jesus dropped a parable inside you that changed your whole attitude and outlook on that situation. The word of God is life. It is marrow to the bones. There have been plenty of times the word of God changed the course of my thoughts on a situation. I’m so glad he did. Here are some parables that changed my life. Here is a parables Jesus Quiz and what I believe. Tell me if you agree or disagree.

Matthew 22: 1-14. Parable of the wedding feast.-

To me this is pertaining to the Jews at first. The Jews were Gods chosen people and blessed among all the people. The bible makes it clear throughout that the Lord held them very dear to him. They were the special guest to the wedding. In the parable, people ignored the invite of the king. They chose to tend to business as usual. These people cared more about their own desires in life than the invitation of the king. The result was that the king became furious and decided to kill them and burn their cities. People today should be made more aware of this part of the parable. How many times has the Lord called us to some work or repentance? Sometimes we ignore that call and find ourselves in a world of trouble as a result.

The next half of this parable is very teachable. Here is a Jesus parable quiz. Do you know what the second half is about? Can you say us? Since the chosen guest did not want to come to the wedding feast, the king invited everyone he could find that would come. Good and bad people were invited. This tells me that when Gods chosen people rejected him, the door was open to anyone who would come. Halejuha!!!. There may be someone out there who does not believe in the Lord. One of the main arguments is “it’s not our fault Adam and Eve sinned”. That is no longer a valid argument. The reason is that God made it right by allowing us all the opportunity to get into heaven. We have the same choice in the end as his chosen people. Do we receive the invitation or reject it?

This parable concludes with one of the guest not coming to the wedding dressed properly. The king asked him how he came to the wedding without a wedding garment. The bible says he was speechless. This poor guy was punished. That is putting it mildly. The parable closes by stating that many are called but few are chosen. The point here is that we were offered a great deal of grace by being offered the invitation. Some of us don’t value that invitation. We would rather show up for the benefits without conducting ourselves accordingly. If the king killed the original people he invited, how much more will he punish those shown grace who don’t appreciate it?

Matthew 13:3-9.- Parable of the sower.

This is by far one of my favorite parables in the bible. Everyone on Earth should be able to understand it. Jesus broke it down himself. It starts off talking about a man who went out to sow seeds into the ground. First he sewed some by the wayside and the birds came and ate it up. The seed is in reference to the word of God sown in our hearts. The seed that fell by the wayside was the word sown in someones heart who had no understanding. Fowls are in reference to the devil who comes and takes that word away as soon as it is gotten.

The next batch of seed fell into stony ground. This stony ground is in reference to a place where the word can actually grow. Just because it grows does not mean it will take root. Jesus said when the sun came up the plant was scorched. Since the plant was not rooted it withered away. Some of us receive the word and set out to do good with it. We can get by for a while. The moment trouble arises for what we believe in, we can’t stand because we are not deeply rooted in Christ. I have dealt with both of these parables in my lifetime. This one is particularly frustrating . Many times in life I have been delivered and overcame obstacles in my life. Just as the parable says, when trouble arose for the good in my life I often ran back to things .

Some seed fell among thorns. This is what I like to call level three in my walk. By level three, we almost got it. The word is sown, and even takes root. We begin to see fruit. There is evidence of breakthrough. We are probably doing some work in the name of Jesus by now. That’s when the thorns start to grow. Jesus said that the thorns choked out the fruit. Here is truth if I have ever seen it. How many times has a new job come along to put an end to time spent with God? All of a sudden we just can’t seem to get back to church. We are too tired to read and study. It just amazes me how a parable from 2,000 years ago can be so  be so oago can be so  be so on point today.

Oh yeah- The good ground.

Lucky for us who stay at it, some seed falls into good ground. We have to remember that the seed is the word of God. I tell people all the time to just keep on reading and studying. There is no way the word of God won’t change your life for the better. Jesus said that some seed fell into good ground and brought forth fruit. Some brought 30 fold,60,fold, even 100 fold. Fruit does come forth. Some may be in your family. Some may be on your job. There could even be fruit in your brain. Fruit, fruit and more fruit in all areas of your life. I believe that in order to get this fruit you have to sew it first. A little seed may fall by the ways side, but eventually some will fall into good ground.

Parables of Jesus are fact-

We live in the very last days. Some people still do not believe Jesus Christ is the son of God. There is so much that he gave to this world. Even if you don’t believe in him, there is no denying the wisdom he left us. These are truths that make us wiser and better prepared today. The day is coming when every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is indeed the son of the living God. In the meantime I will be right here applying these parables in my life. I hope that you will to. I would love to hear what you think of these parables. Let me know if I missed anything. Please let me know how these parables have affected your own life. Leave a comment below and as always lordsinspirationalministriesworld.com is here to serve. If you need prayer or just need to talk Jesus one on one I am always available. God bless you.

JESUS REDEEMS- GUARANTEED

REDEEMING  Doing something that compensates for poor past     performance or behavior.

I tell you the truth. Where in the world would we be if not for the redeeming power of Jesus? My life alone couldn’t even imagine. Some people do not comprehend this aspect of the power of God. Many of us focus on the future of heaven. Some of us run after the peace of God. Some of us turn to the Lord when we want or need something. All of those things are available from Jesus. I find it a little interesting that people have so much faith in the Lord for all these things, however when we make a bad choice or mistake that pulls us down we have no clue how to get back up. During life so long on Earth most of us who walk with the Lord know where to find our answer. Some people just can not figure out how to get back up.

Jesus died on the cross at Calvary in case you did not know. One of the biggest reasons and results was the redemption of our souls. Jesus redeemed us that day. He did it in more ways than one. First and foremost Jesus redeemed our souls from the penalty of sin. God also gave us the power to believe in him to pick us up when we fall. The redemption of our lives here on Earth is a big part of our salvation. Sometimes we really go thru it. During those times our minds go in all kinds of directions. Remember that Jesus redeemed us on Calvary that day. This is not a fairy tale. This is the real deal.

The power is in us-

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; John14:16. The comforter is the Holy Spirit. This Holy Spirit that lives on the inside of believers packs a mean punch. There was a time in my personal life when it was really tough. A couple of poor decisions really backed me into a corner. During that time I can’t help but to remember the mental strain. My mind was going a million miles an hour. All the thinking and worrying in the world did not result in any answers. Peace was also not coming my way. There was a moment one day during that time a voice from within me spoke. The voice asked me a question. ” What about me “? That was the question. Once that question was asked, my mind began to think again. This time my mind began to think about how Jesus redeemed me in the past. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to you remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. John 14:26. From that moment on I began to get in my word and pray. Things did not change overnight but they did change. The first thing that changed was the peace I now had on the inside. Having peace about any situation you going thru is huge. The peace brings a balance between the problem and the mind. Problems plus worry equals overwhelming. Peace plus problems equals things will be fine in due time. Our minds appreciate peace. Once peace is in you, the Prince of Peace can do his thing.

Use the tools!!!!

Oh what needless pain we bear. The fact that we know we have been redeemed is not enough. Everytime we fall we need to roll our sleeves up and get to work. The quicker we stop worrying and start worshiping the quicker we can get back up. Let’s say my car needs fixing. In order to fix it I need a socket wrench. Instead of the socket wrench I use a flat head screwdriver. That is the wrong tool, and the job is going to be next to impossible to get done. Worrying about our fall from grace is the same thing. We waste so much time stressing in our minds that we can’t find the answer. When you have lost you job, been evicted, or even abandoned its go time. Immediately get on you knees and cry out for the Lord to redeem you. Simply tell him what’s going on. Be sure to end you prayer in the name of Jesus. Once you are done praying, listen to you favorite gospel hits. Praising God in the midst of our struggles really touches our Fathers heart. When the music is finished, read some scripture. Don’t forget to go to church. It may be bible study, prayer night, or even Sunday morning. Focus on doing these things and you redemption will be here before you know what hit you. Even from the days of you fathers ye are gone away from my ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the Lord of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return? Malachi 3:7

Redemption of the soul-

There are alot of people out there today who are not sure if they will make it in. These include believers and nonbelievers as well. Living a life will guarantee we will all sin at some point. Being blessed to live a long life is great. That blessing also gives you more chances to get wrapped up in alot more mess. I met a guy once who had a teardrop tattooed under his eye. He told me that he could never make it to heaven because he had killed someone and it was too late for him. That guy had the most surprised look on his face when I told him that was not true. The truth is all sin under heaven is able be forgiven with one exception. Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: But the blasphemy against the HolyGhost shall not be forgiven unto men. Matthew 12:31.

Please don’t think that it is too late for you. Life has a way of making you doubt a little as we get older. The longer you go on the more there is to look back on. Jesus paid the ultimate price on that cross for you redemption as well as mines. There is no sin that is bigger than another. There is hope for us all at the cross. All the Lord requires of us is to repent of our sins and believe on his name. That’s our part for the redemption of our souls. It’s a done deal. We just have to receive it. Jesus has done his part. The real question is will we do ours. Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. Hebrews 9:12.

 Victory is ours-

Without this free gift of redemption I would have lost my mind a long time ago. Think about you own life as well. Do you remember when you called on the Name of the Lord in you darkest hour? Did he deliver or not? Jesus is still the same today and he is ready to redeem you again. Do you need redemption? Are you looking for a way out? Receive you victory today. Reach out to Jesus. Tell him all about it. No one else may want to care about what you going thru, but I can assure you Jesus does. The time for you to be redeemed is here. Wake up out of you slumber and stop stressing. Your victory can be found in the name of Jesus.
He sent redemption unto his people: he has commanded his covenant forever holy and reverend is his name. Psalms 111:9.  Please feel free to comment below and or contact us for prayer or assistance in anyway at Pmcmillan257@gmail.com.

Christianity Yoga Conflict – No doubt.

I was amazed .

There are a few people I know who are into yoga. I always thought it was just a nice relaxing exercise that helped people relax. This is somewhat true. It was what else I found out in my research that absolutely blew me away. There is definitely good reason to believe that there is at least the possibility of a Christianity yoga conflict. I’m not one of those Christians who believes that everything that you do is bad if Jesus is not involved. However, if what I am into has possible spiritual consequences I will do my due diligence. There is more than one thing that amazed me. Perhaps two of the most mind blowing things were the amount of money the industry creates, and the amount of people involved. The demographic is eye-catching as well.

Spiritual Side –

Most of the time when attending church I hear alot of talk about how other religions are not true. Something usually gets said like Buddha can’t do it or Muhammad is not alive etc. The people in attendance usually let out a strong amen which usually means they are in agreement. One word that continuously pops up in yoga research is Hinduism. Hinduism is arguably the oldest religion on Earth. While I certainly am not an expert on Hinduism, it does not take a genius to figure out that it is not Christianity. Knocking what someone else believes in is not my motive here. A world where everyone was saved would be great. That’s not the way the world works though. The point being made here is that these are two different religions or beliefs and that’s not something our Lord taught us to be a part of. The reality of yoga is that its origins and teachings are bases on Hinduism beliefs. Yoga may be very relaxing, but it conflicts with Christianity and that is a fact. Then said Jesus unto him, get the hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.Matt4:10.

The percentage of people involved with yoga-

One of the most mind blowing realities I learned while researching this topic was the explosion of people involved with yoga from the early 80s until now. There were roughly about nine million or so people practicing yoga in the early 80s. Today there are almost 40 million people practicing it. A yoga businessman should be very happy. That number is almost certainly guaranteed to grow. The thing that really gets me is wondering just how many of those people are supposed to be born again believers. Even if it was only half that number, then 20 million people would be practicing Christianity and Hinduism at the same time. You should probably know that all the numbers given above are only referring to the United States of America. The number of people practicing yoga around the world could be even higher than 300 million. Again I am not here to knock what works for 300 million people. This is simply a few facts I feel the Lord our God would like to make you aware of. No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye can not serve God and mammon. Luke 16:13.

Let’s Talk Money-

As of right now the American yoga industry accounts for over 10 billion dollars a year. This sounds like an incredible investment opportunity to me. Imagine how much it accounts for worldwide. These numbers are staggering. Four private 30 minute yoga sessions can run you about as much as two hundred dollars. Alot of the prices go up and down depending on what area you stay in. I can just picture some yoga addicted person dishing out about eight hundred a month for private sessions. This is a great opportunity to remind you that the charge of a private or public Jesus session is zero dollars. Some people probably would argue that they don’t mind spending the money because Jesus does not work for them. That is a reasonable argument. Try spending as much time and money in the name of Jesus as you do in yoga and you will probably change your mind. A beginners kit for a yoga student cost about twenty-six dollars. A beginners kit for Jesus cost zero dollars. The yoga mat you need when you go to your session will run you about ten dollars. The seat at church or wherever you decide to worship is free of charge. A walk in student at a yoga class will pay between twelve and fifteen dollars. Walk into any church or worship service absolutely free. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils:freely ye have received, freely give. Matt 10:8.

The Demographic.

The demographic was very interesting to me as well. The majority of people who are involved with yoga make over 70,000 dollars a year. Study shows that the majority of people who regularly practice yoga have a college degree. I couldn’t help but wonder how many of those people prayed to the Lord for their opportunity. When they got blessed they must have decided God was no longer enough for what they needed. Come unto me all, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matt 11:28.

Many of us while we are believing in God to change our lives for the better do everything we need in order for him to bless us. After we have received the blessing we run off and seek other things to satisfy us. I personally believe the Lord is all we need. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for the: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2nd Corinthians 12:9. The amount of people age 65 and over is proven to be the biggest age group not represented as much in yoga participation. One has to believe and hope that they are probably set on what has gotten them thru all those years.

My Hope

This is not an attempt to crush any positive energy you get from participating in yoga. I hope that my brothers and sisters out there who are born again believers will atleast give the possible Christianity and yoga conflict some thought. God has been so good to us. When we did not see a way he made one. While our bodies failed us he healed us. While our families were broken he fixed them. While we were worried to death he gave us perfect peace. The list goes on and on. What if Jesus favored our bad situations and problems more than us? What if he blessed our enemies to keep doing us wrong while giving us a little time now and then?

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh to the Father but by me. John 14:6 . I am sure there are plenty people who will agree and disagree with this article.
